Hi all
Bit of a puzzle. Randomly can't get into 1st, 2nd and reverse. also stick in gear and have to turn engine off to get back into neutral. Had it in garage several times, new clutchplate, new hose (not sure which one) and new slave cylinder fitted. Levels ok. Mechanic is stumped! Any thoughts?

Hmm, a tricky one indeed.
My immediate thought is that is has to be clutch-related.
Have you had any joy yet?

I would suspect the gear linkage, but I am no expert.

Sounds like a dragging clutch problem. Why only the clutch plate replaced and not the complete clutch?
