October 13th 2023. My daughter’s message:
Broke down at 845pm and immediately reported it to the RAC. Still waiting for them to turn up. Not on a main road thank god as managed to pull off quickly (I’m safe!).Apparently now (7.5 hours later of waiting) it’s been a long time so they will send a contractor out. So glad I packed my Dry Robe for weekend otherwise would be frozen.
7.10am October 14th 2023, my daughter is still waiting for a recovery vehicle. This is unacceptable.

Sorry to hear of this.
As community manager I don't have access to RAC customer accounts. (Neither do other community members, of course!). All I can do is point you towards the customer services contact / help page.
