Last week my son was driving down a main Rd slowed down to turn went to turn right into a side road and he saw a motorbike behind him which also had is indicator on then the next minute the bike clipped his front wing drivers side and he came off and slided into a wall just wandering who's at fault because he said my son was going to slow but its a 20mph Rd anyway and he slowed down to turn right any advise would be good insurance said they'd have to investigate but they think it could be my sons fault

Motorbikes are certainly not exempt: if anything they should be even more careful to avoid 'conflict', since they usually end up second best. -
I am sure that you are not supposed to overtake at or near a junction. I believe that applies to motorcycles as well. I would be inclined to tell the insurance company where to get off!
