Hi everyone, first time here, so here goes.
I am attempting to redeem the 3p off a litre of Shell V power through the My RAC App, I go through the process and only end up with a comment ‘Someting went wrong try again later’. I have contacted RAC customer services who are looking into it. Have any you had the same. Thanks for reading!😊

Thanks for flagging this. I know from our DMs that you've tried the old 'uninstall-and-reinstall' trick but no joy.

@Marc hi, thanks for your time and interest, further info I have sent a screen grab of the result when attempting to redeem. I also tried different phones and e mail addresses all with the same result.
