@Nick I saw a TikTok about this car! There are some permament flats in St Pacras and the owner lives in there, I think is so below my tax bracket I couldn't imagine people actually living there. What I don't miss is the "golden" car era in London; suddenly there were a bunch of golden cars, making a lot of noise around the city, racing each other.

Now I think about it, didn't dislike the colour, just the noise! 🙃 Did you guys ever see them?

I’ve spotted quite a few interesting cars lately! Saw a stunning classic Jaguar E-Type the other day, and just yesterday, a brand-new Porsche 911 Turbo S caught my eye. Always love seeing such a mix of old-school icons and modern performance machines out and about!

@Marc. I have such happy memories of my Rover V8 P5 3.5 Ltr well when it was running correctly, gearbox issues (Borg Warner, nasty horrid thing) radiator issues, but never the lovely reworked Buick V8 lump, as long as you kept an eye on the engine temp and always ran high quality antifreeze all year round then the heads wouldn’t warp, requiring them to be removed and skimmed, a cast block with alloy heads ! Whatever were they thinking of ! I loved that car, despite all of the niggles, I still remember the registration number and the enjoyment my wife and I had doing driving holidays every year. Not something you can do so much anymore what with the congestion.
