Hello,

I have black box insurance and I’m trying to log into the RAC connected app to tack my driver score, however it asks me for my company when registering? This is personal insurance so I don’t know how to access the app without having to fill this in.
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community! Thanks for posting. 👍
I've had a quick look at the 'MyRAC' guides on the website which has a few FAQs. There isn't one addressing the specific question you've raised.
But, there is a phone number - 03301 591 466 - for anyone having trouble logging in.

That would probably be the best option, if the issue is still happening.

(I think it's caused by having two different organisations trying to authenticate via the app. Their servers probably stopped talking to each other.)
