Hopefully someone can advise a solution. I have tried registering for MyRAC and it accepts my details and password but then the 'Create an account' button remains greyed out. I tried adding a screenshot to this thread but it will not allow me to use the attachments.

Best Answer@Marc Looks like it was me all the time, I had not noticed that there was a button at the side to say I had read the T&Cs, done that now and sorted, apologies for troubling you -

Yes it is still happening, I am using an iPhone 11 and only downloaded the app 2 days ago so expect that I have the latest version, any suggestions welcome please. -

Are you using a VPN? if so, try turning that off.
Or do you have any unusual Safari extensions which might interfere? -

There might be a problem with the app's registration process. You could try a few things:
- Clear the app's cache and data.
- Double-check that your email address is correct.
- Try using a different browser or device.

@Ray42. I'm getting this. Downloaded Android app yesterday. I can log in to the car insurance website with my emal/pwd but it never works to gain access to the app?
Never sends me a "magic line" either.
