Hopefully someone can advise a solution. I have tried registering for MyRAC and it accepts my details and password but then the 'Create an account' button remains greyed out. I tried adding a screenshot to this thread but it will not allow me to use the attachments.

Is this tech issue still happening? What phone are you using? Have you got the latest version of the app?

Yes it is still happening, I am using an iPhone 11 and only downloaded the app 2 days ago so expect that I have the latest version, any suggestions welcome please.

Doesn't seem to be a widespread issue @Ray42
Are you using a VPN? if so, try turning that off.
Or do you have any unusual Safari extensions which might interfere?

Hi @Marc, VPN is not switched on and I do not have any extensions running

@Marc Looks like it was me all the time, I had not noticed that there was a button at the side to say I had read the T&Cs, done that now and sorted, apologies for troubling you
