Hi,

new nember here to the group and to rac.

I have. iPhone 13 running iOS 16.2

with the app I get the login screen. When the details are entered I just get a blank screen. I’ve waited for a few minutes to see if owt appears.

I’ve tried with vpn turned off also.

any ideas?

Did the issue go away? I'd have thought the vpn might have caused it, but sounds like you already tried with it switched off

@Marc no mate issue still current.

I use DuckDuckGo as my mobile browser and can log into the rac site that way buy going though the app is just blank screen - not even a working circle.

at least if I needed help I could do that :-(

BTW I have tried all the usual fixes. Delete and re-download the app eyc

Thanks for the extra info @GaryD That (I think) explains it. DuckDuckGo is probably stripping away some functionality. Can you try using Safari browser?

Thanks. It has taken That long to stop the phone going to Safari at every opportunity that I am really against going back to it. Same with Google.

I’ll stick with DDG and struggle.

Safari has a bunch of good blockers which can be added, of course. Like Adguard and Hush.
I've got an Android phone, using Firefox as main browser, and I've got DDG, Brave and Chrome as alternative ones
