New to this forum and have a query if some one has the answer that will be appreciated.
Last week travelling on the M25 between J28 to J29 was surprised when the camera flashed twice while I was at 49mph. Only then did I notice on the gantry further on it showed 40mph. I`m sure I did not see a 40 sign before this and looking at other members comments this seems to be a recurring theme. Has anybody on this forum been fined because of this or did they not hear anything about this afterwards?
