Wonder if you can provide some advice.
After 25 years of zero offence driving, yesterday I received a NIP for speeding.
The letter is dated July 29th about an offence on July 1st (28 days after the alleged offence).
I received the letter on July 31st. I no longer have the vehicle.
As the serve date is more than 14 days after the offence date, is it now invalid?
If so, what would be the next step?
