Nissan Micra Boot Causing Battery Issues?

Hello, I'm wondering if anybody can help? I have a 53reg Nissan Micra and the battery drains after 3+days of the car not being used (including after a battery replacement). Alternator and belt have been checked a few times and are fine. I've noticed that my boot malfunctions pretty often - it'll unlock itself when I'm in motion and then not open when I need to get into it. There's also a lot of noise going on back there and clicking coming from the glove box (where the fuse box is possibly located).

I've read elsewhere that others have had this issue too and that it could be what's draining the battery.

Does anybody happen to know how and from where I remove the offending mechanism, I.e.the fuse/boot switch?

    Thanks in advance!

I think, it may be caused by water in the boot switch.
