Apparently someone with the same name was supposed to be banned for drug driving and the courts have asked the DLVA to undo the ban, but its been over a week and the driving ban is still in place. The court just keep advising to not drive until the mistake has been corrected and that they are investing how it happened.

Is there any legal action that can be taken when you're wrongly disqualified from driving due to a mistake by the courts?
