Hi, i was involved in an accident.

It happened at a T junction, i was intending on turning right from the junction. As other cars using the left side of the junction were blocking my view i had to edge out to see left knowing right was clear. As i edged out there was car entering the filter lane to turn into my junction with enough gap for me to pull out. I hadn't seen a car proceeding on the main road. When i did i came to a stop in the filter lane not crossing into there lane of traffic. The other car swerved to there right, into me clipping my back drivers side and followed through the junction and road sign. I believe if he hadn't of swerved the accident would of been avoided.

I would say, the crash was your fault, and I think that is what the insurers will say.

It is your responasbuility to ensure it is safe to move before doing so.
