To help keep this a positive and supportive space, we ask that all members of the RAC Forum treat each other with respect and courtesy.
In short, treat others how you would like to be treated. 😉
The quick version of our community house rules:
Our community managers and moderators are here to support the space and may step in where needed to address inappropriate behaviour, remove unacceptable content, or take further action if rules are broken.
This includes:
- Discrimination
- Threatening behaviour
- Offensive behaviour
- Spam
- Swearing
- Personal details/images (e.g. phone numbers, addresses, payment info)
- Advertising
- Scams
- Graphic content
We may update these guidelines from time to time, so it’s worth checking back every now and then.
Important information regarding complaints:
The RAC Forum is here to encourage helpful discussion, share driving and motoring insight, and connect members. It isn’t the right place for complaints about RAC membership or services.
If you do need to make a complaint, please follow the process on our Complaints page, where the right teams can support you directly.
To help keep the Forum focused and useful for everyone, posts about membership or service complaints won’t be approved and will be redirected.
Thank you for helping us keep this a respectful and welcoming space.
