Can anyone tell me if there are centers that can pass you this test that arent gov.com related. also can i get a cbt befor doing this test

DVSA, not DVLA. And no, there's nowhere else. Also, you can only book extended tests over the phone, not online. -

And they're right. DVLA deal with licences. DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) run driving tests and MOTs, etc. -
12-01-24 15:49Hi I passed my driving test in 2019 with no issues had a clean licence for 4 years but before Christmas I had a letter saying it has been cancelled due I had an offence in 2009 and I had to do an extended driving test, so now my licence has been cancelled I'm waiting on a provisional and my question is after I pass my extended driving test I will have the same licence number but will the date I first passed my test still stay the same on my licence if anyone knows this would really help thank you

A licence does not necessarily show the date you first passed your test. The date shown is "valid from", which may be the same but often isn't: In your case it will now be the date of the next test you pass.
For people like me who first passed in the 1960s, the "valid from" date is (I think) 1974, from when DVLA was centralised in Swansea.. -
